how to order
the luggage sock has been designed and manufactured to fit any size or model of the Upright or Pullman suitcase. All we require in order to ensure that the correct size is selected and shipped is the proper height, width and depth dimensions of your luggage.

-------------------------------------------ORDER PROCESS----------------------------------------------

When you have determined your luggage sock model size and are ready to order your luggage cover:

-> proceed to the go shopping tab

-> select your fabric and click

-> enter your luggage dimensions (Height, Width and Depth) in inches. Note: Please DO NOT include the wheels in the Height dimension.

-> select Add to Cart and continue shopping or proceed to checkout

-----------------------------------------METHOD OF PAYMENT-----------------------------------------

We accept US and international credit card payments using or Mastercard or Visa via PayPal. Note: YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL Account to complete this transaction.

Why do we use PayPal?

Because it's a very secure and easy payment method. Sales tax will only be applied to shipments to locations within the state of New York at the standard New York tax rate.

---------------------------------------SHIPPING & HANDLING------------------------------------------

All orders are shipped via the US Postal Service and must be shipped to a physical address (not a PO Box).

As these covers are custom made, most orders will be shipped within 4-5 days of receipt of your order and will take 1-7 business days for shipping (depending on shipping method chosen - Standard, Priority, Overnight or International Mail).

Cost of shipping & handling will depend on number of items ordered, desitnation and shipping method chosen.

---------------------------------------RETURNS OR EXCHANGES---------------------------------------

Since these covers are custom made, we rely on you to provide us the correct measurements and to make a thoughtful selection.

If you return the cover based on incorrect size or you don't like the fabric, or you ordered too many covers - there will be a 50% re-stocking fee.

If the incorrect item was shipped or the item was damaged in shipment or defective, it may be returned for a full refund, store credit or exchange within 14 days of your receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: Any damage caused to the luggage covers are the responsibility of the luggage carrier (airline, train, bus, ship etc.).

No COD shipments are accepted. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
